View from our living room
This is the view from our living room on a sunny November day at about 9:00 in the morning. This is the barn that Erick's parents built, where our horses will live. I can just see them now, poking their heads over their doors and out the big white doors toward the house. "When are you coming to feed us??" That's what they'll be saying.

Very pretty. And what time do horses like to be fed?
Hi Jill! :)
Horses like to be fed when they're usually fed - they are very much creatures of habit. Their tummies know when it's breakfast (or lunch, or supper) time! You know when you've walked into a barn of horses expecting dinner when the sound that hits you as you walk in the door is loud and insistent (and dare I say... greedy?) nickering.
"I'd like some oats please, when you have a chance, if it's not too much trouble..."
very nice indeed!
