Kemoh

I can't believe I haven't posted this painting until now. This is a portrait I did as a gift to friends who lost their dog 'Kemoh' in November of 2008. He was shot by a hunter from the road, and they found his body lying in a field. Last year they organized a memorial walk for him, and provided all the doggies with hunter orange bandanas to wear during hunting season. Emma and I attended, along with many others.

Musquash Marsh

Ok it's been too long since my last post. So here's a plein air I did in October of last year. It's a small part of the Musquash marsh, not too far from where Erick and I are going to build our house.
